Shipping policy

At Floara, we are committed to delivering our products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following destinations:

United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

United States: All 50 states and Washington D.C.

If you are located outside these regions, please sign up to our mailing list to be notified when we expand to new destinations.


2. Processing Times

All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. Processing times apply to both UK and US orders.

Standard Processing: 1 to 3 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

During periods of high demand, stock shortages, or public holidays, processing may take up to 8 business days. We will notify you by email if your order is subject to an extended processing time.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Processing time is separate from and in addition to the delivery estimate shown at checkout.


3. Shipping Estimates and Rates

United Kingdom

Standard Tracked — 5 to 8 business days — £4.90

Standard Tracked + Priority Processing — 5 to 8 business days (priority queue) — £7.90

United States

Standard Tracked — 6 to 9 business days — £4.38

Standard Tracked + Priority Processing — 6 to 9 business days (priority queue) — £7.36

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. These are estimates provided by our logistics partners and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Occasionally, factors outside our control, including carrier delays or adverse weather, may affect delivery times.


4. Priority Processing Option

We offer an optional Priority Processing upgrade for an additional fee — £3.00 for UK orders, bringing your total to £7.90 — and included in the £7.36 option for US orders.

Queue Priority: Your order is moved to the top of our fulfilment queue, reducing your processing time.

Transit Protection: Your package is covered against loss or non-delivery during transit. In the event your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Coverage includes non-delivery confirmed by carrier tracking and products rendered non-functional due to transit damage.

Please note: This is a seller guarantee provided by Floara LTD and is not a regulated insurance product.

To make a claim, contact us at support@myfloara.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damage claims, please include clear photographic evidence of the packaging and product within 30 days of delivery.


5. Free Shipping Thresholds

United Kingdom

Free Standard Tracked Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over £75.00.

Free Standard Tracked + Priority Processing: Automatically applied to all orders over £100.00.

United States

Free Standard Tracked Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over £55.67.

Free Standard Tracked + Priority Processing: Automatically applied to all orders over £74.22.

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. No discount code is required.


6. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment directly through our website's tracking page or via the carrier's official portal.

If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us at support@myfloara.com.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@myfloara.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of both the packaging and the product. We will assess your claim and respond within 3 business days with a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

UK customers: resolutions are provided in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

US customers: resolutions are provided in accordance with our commercial policy and applicable state law.

Lost Packages: If your tracking has not been updated for more than 20 business days from the date of dispatch, your order may be considered lost. Please contact us at support@myfloara.com and we will immediately open an investigation with our logistics partner on your behalf. We aim to resolve all lost package claims within 10 business days of the investigation being opened. If your order is confirmed lost, you will be entitled to a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


8. Delivery Failures and Returned Packages

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and your package is returned to our logistics partner, we will contact you by email to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

If we are unable to contact you within 14 days of a failed delivery notification, your order may be cancelled and a refund issued, minus any shipping costs incurred.


9. Customs and Import Duties — US Orders

Floara ships from our international fulfilment centre. US orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


10. Your Statutory Rights

UK customers: Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. US customers: Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable federal or state law.
